Leading with wisdom

What does it mean to lead wisely?  What are the characteristics of wise leaders?  How do we cultivate these?

We run development sessions and programmes – open to leaders from different backgrounds or tailored for organisations.

The focus is on leading in a complex and uncertain world with a focus on both the inner and outer dimensions of wise leadership.  How we see the world and understand our place in it influences our action. We look inwards and outwards.

We pay attention to humility and service which seems central to leading with wisdom.

We hope to strengthen ways of leading which are of benefit to all.

We promote sharing and learning from practical leadership and the issues we are facing now in our teams, organisations and communities.  We work together on these.

There is a balance of reflection and action which are held together in wisdom.  We lead with our heads, hands and hearts!

In the past we have run face to face events at the beautiful Yorkshire Sculpture Park.  At the moment our programmes and events are all online.
