Jane Gaukroger is the coordinator for Cultivating Wisdom.  She draws on a career spent wholly in the field of people and organisations.  As a consultant for over 25 years she has worked with a very wide range of people and organisations across sectors.  Her work is now primarily focused on developing leaders, boards and teams through group and one to one coaching.  She holds a doctorate in organisational wisdom and is particularly interested in the essential connection between personal, interpersonal and extrapersonal wisdom.  She lives in Yorkshire.
